Exeter Castle
An evening of carol singing, mince pies and mulled wine to recognise the 10th Christmas British Troops have spent in Afghanistan. The evening will feature a special performance by Xander Rawlins

This Christmas will be the tenth that British Troops have spent in Afghanistan. To recognise this, the DecAid team are organising a special Christmas service to remember the members of the Armed Forces who are away from home at this time.
Army Captain, Xander Rawlins, will play his charity Christmas single called "1000 miles apart" This is a fantastic song that he wrote whilst on tour in Afghanistan. The single is released on 13th December and will raise money for two service charities.
We would like to invite everybody to attend the evening. There will be a suggested donation of £2 on the door which will be donated in full to SSAFA Forces Help, BLESMA and Talking2Minds.
The evening will also involve carol singing, mince pies and mulled wine.
