Blair Castle International Horse Trials
18th - 21st August 2011
Blair Atholl, Scotland
Scotland's biggest & best equine event - from Olympians to Pony Clubbers, everyone wants to ride (and win) at Blair! A huge shopping village, busy Bruadar Country Fair and a great atmosphere make Blair a top day out for everyone!

Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair is Scotland's leading equestrian event, running over four days in August each year and attracting in excess of 37,000 visitors. Olympic medallists compete alongside amateurs in the four International event classes, whilst British Showjumping and showing classes provide a platform for riders in other disciplines to compete on Blair's hallowed turf.
The Bruadar Country Fair runs alongside the equestrian activities on the Saturday and Sunday, featuring displays of both traditional and more modern countryside pursuits. A large shopping village harbours all sorts of attractions and bargains in almost 200 stands.

Bruadar Country Fair
Bruadar, the taste of ‘The Great Outdoors’, sponsors the Country Fair (Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August 2011).
The Bruadar Country Fair plays a huge role in the event – non-horsey members of the family can rest assured that Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair is not solely about horses, and the event has plenty to offer besides equestrian action.
Star attractions to be announced soon!
Shopping Village
Blair is renowned for it's shopping! Visitors always comment on the wide range of trade stands, and the trade exhibitors themselves clearly appreciate the event and the enthusiastic shoppers as they recently voted Blair the BETA Joules Equestrian Event of the Year at the BETA Gala Awards 2010.
Almost 200 trade stands offer something for all tastes and all budgets: bespoke jewellery, fine art, country and casual clothing, everything you could possibly want for horses or hounds, horseboxes, 4x4s... the list is endless. A large food hall has plenty to tempt the tastebuds, including handmade chocolates, organic meat, fine wines, cheeses and more.
